Simple, Transparent Pricing

SemesterQuest plans are billed annually. When you upgrade, you are charged for the full year upfront. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you gain instant access to the new plan’s features. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan until the billing period ends. Any classes or items that exceed the new plan’s limits will be archived (not deleted) once the downgrade takes effect.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Stripe. For enterprise and district purchases, we also support invoicing and purchase orders.

Every new account starts with 14 days of full Standard access before your first charge, so you can confirm SemesterQuest is the right fit for your classroom before you ever pay. Cancel anytime during those 14 days and you will not be charged. We do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has processed. If you have concerns about your subscription, please reach out to our support team.

Your Standard subscription begins automatically on day 15 unless you cancel during the trial, so most classrooms never pause at all. If you do cancel, or a paid subscription lapses, you have 14 days to reactivate and keep everything exactly as you set it up: your classes, students, items, badges, and history all stay intact. After that window, inactive accounts are erased so we can keep SemesterQuest fast and reliable for every teacher using it.
