Simple, Transparent Pricing

SemesterQuest plans are billed annually. When you upgrade, you are charged for the full year upfront. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you gain instant access to the new plan’s features. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan until the billing period ends. Any classes or items that exceed the new plan’s limits will be archived (not deleted) once the downgrade takes effect.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Stripe. For enterprise and district purchases, we also support invoicing and purchase orders.

We do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions. We encourage you to start with the Free plan to make sure SemesterQuest is the right fit for your classroom before upgrading. If you have concerns about your subscription, please reach out to our support team.

If your subscription lapses, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted — classes and items beyond the Free plan limits are archived and become accessible again if you re-subscribe.

Enterprise plans are built for district-wide or organization-wide deployment. They include unlimited classes and teachers, dedicated onboarding, priority support, custom integrations, SSO/rostering, and a dedicated account manager. Reach out to us for a personalized quote.
